How to Create a QR Code

  • Click on the button Create QR Code in the top right corner.

  • Choose your QR code type.

QR Code will direct to any link

  • Once you have selected “Link” as your QR code type, you will need to Name your QR code and provide the URL that the QR code will direct to once scanned.
  • You have the option to add UTM tags. UTM code is a snippet of text added to the end of a URL to track the metrics and performance of a specific digital marketing campaign.
  • The QR code will need to belong to an existing Campaign that you can select from the drop down or you can create a new Campaign that the QR code will belong to.
  • Now you are all set! Go ahead and click the button “Create QR Code”

QR code will direct to a PDF file you upload

  • Once you have selected “PDF” as your QR code type, you will need to Name your QR code and upload the PDF that the QR code will direct to once scanned.
  • The QR code will need to belong to an existing Campaign that you can select from the drop down or you can create a new Campaign that the QR code will belong to.
  • Now you are all set! Go ahead and click the button “Create QR Code”

QR code will direct to a menu file you upload

  • Once you have selected “Menu” as your QR code type, you will need to Name your QR code and upload the menu that the QR code will direct to once scanned.
  • You can upload your menu as a JPG, PNG or PDF
  • The QR code will need to belong to an existing Campaign that you can select from the drop down or you can create a new Campaign that the QR code will belong to.
  • Now you are all set! Go ahead and click the button “Create QR Code”

QR Code will direct you to the Facebook profile

  • Once you have selected “Facebook” as your QR code type, you will need to Name your QR code and provide the Facebook Page URL that the QR code will direct to once scanned.
  • The QR code will need to belong to an existing Campaign that you can select from the drop down or you can create a new Campaign that the QR code will belong to.
  • Now you are all set! Go ahead and click the button “Create QR Code”

QR Code will direct you to the Instagram profile

  • Once you have selected “Instagram” as your QR code type, you will need to Name your QR code and provide the Instagram Page URL that the QR code will direct to once scanned.
  • The QR code will need to belong to an existing Campaign that you can select from the drop down or you can create a new Campaign that the QR code will belong to.
  • Now you are all set! Go ahead and click the button “Create QR Code”

QR Code will direct you to the X (Formerly Twitter) profile

  • Once you have selected “X” as your QR code type, you will need to Name your QR code and provide the X Page URL that the QR code will direct to once scanned.
  • The QR code will need to belong to an existing Campaign that you can select from the drop down or you can create a new Campaign that the QR code will belong to.
  • Now you are all set! Go ahead and click the button “Create QR Code”

QR Code will direct you to the Snapchat profile

  • Once you have selected “Snapchat” as your QR code type, you will need to Name your QR code and provide the Snapchat Page URL that the QR code will direct to once scanned.
  • The QR code will need to belong to an existing Campaign that you can select from the drop down or you can create a new Campaign that the QR code will belong to.
  • Now you are all set! Go ahead and click the button “Create QR Code”

QR Code will direct you to a Google Maps link

  • Once you have selected “Google Maps” as your QR code type, you will need to Name your QR code and provide the Google Map URL that the QR code will direct to once scanned.
  • The QR code will need to belong to an existing Campaign that you can select from the drop down or you can create a new Campaign that the QR code will belong to.
  • Now you are all set! Go ahead and click the button “Create QR Code”
  • Now that you have your QR code created you can go ahead and select the start and end date for when you would like to track your stats on scans. By default this is set to todays date.

  • Next you can adjust the foreground and background colors to fit with your design and/or brand. These changes will happen instantly on the right hand side of the screen.

  • Next, you have the option to add a logo to your QR code to make it your own.

  • Once you are done with your options you can go ahead and click the button “Save QR Code” below or on the right side of the screen.

  • Finally you can go ahead and test your QR code right from the screen, copy the shortened URL or download your QR code as a PNG (Ideal for your digital uses) or SVG (Ideal for your print uses).
